About Joost Vogelezang
I have over 25 year of experience in various management positions within software and consulting companies. I have successfully sold 2 of my own companies and have managed more than 20 international corporate acquisitions, from due-diligence to the final integration of companies ranging from 30 to 600 employees.
I have held various roles within the Client Care function. As Vice President and part of the international senior leadership team, I implemented the Customer Success process and have been responsible for the global Support function (250 people) of 30,000 clients.
I am creative, conceptual and solution-oriented in my approach to business challenges. I am able to empathize well with businesses and processes, and view them analytically. This allows me to come up with unique solutions that you would not immediately consider yourself.
By using concrete data, I am able to make improvements, mirror processes and confront people with facts, raising standards. I am goal-oriented and direct my attention to the measurability of processes.
As a people-oriented person, I implement customized changes, and create understanding of these changes. I pay attention to people and am quick to determine where they fit best within the organization.
